The Director of School Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing all non-academic aspects of the school, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive environment that supports the educational mission. Reports to the President.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Admissions Operations

  • Manages CRM and inquiries from prospective students and directs them to the appropriate information center.
  • Assists in converting prospective students to applicants by completing online admissions applications and updates admissions files accordingly.

Administrative Operations

  • Manages and maintains the accuracy and efficiency of the Student Information System.
  • Assists in maintaining the school website and school-wide communications through the SIS system.
  • Directs and oversees all activities related to the operation of the school bookstore.
  • Assists in the operation of annual assessment.
  • Ensures that the President is informed of the operations of the school and any problems which arise.
  • Working with IT contractors to ensure campus technology is reliable and secure through management of enterprise backups, upgrades, maintenance, and monitoring.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the President.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Quick learner in the use of computer systems and databases.
  • Skill in the use of Facebook™ and Instagram™, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Fifteen (15) hours a week commitment.
